❓ Frequently Asked Questions

Q 1: What should applicants ensure regarding their eligibility for the examination?

Answer: Applicants must ensure that they meet the prescribed eligibility and educational qualifications as per the Board's official notification.

Q 2: What are the instructions regarding the candidate's photo on the identification card?

Answer: If the photo on your identity card is more than three years old, ensure it is updated. This is crucial to match the photo on your admit card and your face at the examination center, to avoid any entry issues.

Q 3: How many options will be provided for each question in the examination?

Answer: Each question in the examination will have five options/bubbles. The first four options (A, B, C, and D) are for the correct answer, and the fifth option (E) is for an 'unattempted question'.

Q 4: How should candidates mark their answers on the OMR sheet?

Answer: Candidates must darken one of the first four options (A, B, C, or D) with a blue ballpoint pen for the correct answer. If a candidate does not wish to answer a question, they must darken option 'E'.

Q 5: What happens if no option is marked for a question?

Answer: If none of the five options/bubbles are darkened for a question, 1/3 of the marks allocated for that question will be deducted.

Q 6: What is the consequence if more than 10% of questions have no option marked?

Answer: If a candidate fails to darken any option/bubble for more than 10% of the questions, they will be disqualified from the examination.
