BPSC 70th CCE DV Schedule 2025 Released

Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has released the Document Verification (DV) Schedule for the 70th Combined Competitive Examination and other examinations 2024. The DV is scheduled from December 29, 2025, to January 17, 2026. Candidates who qualified the mains exam can check their DV Schedule.

Q 2: What are the educational qualifications required for the 70th Combined (Preliminary) Competitive Examination?

Answer: As per notification number 2622 dated 26.02.2019 of the General Administration Department, Bihar, 10% reservation will be provided to the Economically Weaker Section (EWS), subject to the availability of vacancies. An Income and Asset Certificate issued by the competent authority as per Schedule-I (Form-I) is required.

Answer: The Preliminary Examination consists of General Studies, with all questions being objective type multiple-choice. It is a two-hour exam for 150 marks, with 1/3rd negative marking for each incorrect answer. The syllabus covers General Science, Current Affairs, History of India & Bihar, Geography of India & Bihar, Indian Polity & Economy of Bihar, National Movement & Bihar's Contribution, and General Mental Ability.
